J & D Rentals – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To be fair to both our guests and our business, J & D Rentals follows the Cancellation Policy below.

24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are 100% free, provided the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the scheduled pickup date.
• After the 24-hour window, the Firm Cancellation Policy below applies.

Standard Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable service or processing fees.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days before the scheduled pickup date will receive a 50% refund of the rental amount.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable.
• No-shows, late cancellations, or failure to pick up the travel trailer on the scheduled date will result in no refund.

Changes & Rescheduling

• One reschedule request may be permitted if made at least 14 days prior to pickup, subject to availability.
• Reschedule requests made within 14 days of pickup may be treated as a cancellation.

Early Returns

• No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental days.

Owner Cancellation

• If J & D Rentals must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

By confirming a reservation with J & D Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to this Firm Cancellation Policy.
